Taste hell on your own.

Blizzard has delighted all Diablo 4 players with a new announcement that they have been waiting for a long time. In the 14th season, we will be destroying hordes of hell solo in the Solo-Self-Found (SSF) mode, which was popularized in Path of Exile and is something that players have been asking Blizzard for a long time.

The SSF mode is focused on solo play where you craft your gear yourself or find it in other areas. This mode will not have the ability to trade with other players, nor will there be group content, and there will be no shortcuts. At the end of the season, your SSF character becomes a regular one, so use it carefully during the season. If you were expecting better gear and bonuses, we have to disappoint you, as this mode will not have anything of that nature.

The only exclusivity will be the leaderboard, which will still give you something to brag about to your friends and others you know.

The new season will also bring back the Riftwalkers, a new lair boss, and a change to the mythic item system, which will no longer be the highest rank. Public testing is available via the test server from June 2 to June 9, and the season itself will be released on June 30.
