Disney and Square Enix will organize a special panel for Kingdom Hearts titled Deep Dive Into Kingdom Hearts on August 15 as part of the D23 event. This will celebrate 25 years of this JRPG series.
"Join us on this journey through light and darkness as we commemorate 25 years of Kingdom Hearts. Discover how the saga united Disney, Pixar, and Square Enix through the insights of creative teams, voice actors, and magic."
Although not mentioned in the official description, Disney and Square have not stated whether they will reveal news for Kingdom Hearts IV, which recently appeared in Nintendo Direct, as well as the Kingdom Hearts Collection [I ~ III] titles coming to PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
In addition to the special event for Kingdom Hearts, there will also be one called Disney Entertainment Showcase, which will take place on August 14 and will present news from the world of film, television, video games, and shows. Gameloft's Disney Dreamlight Valley will also be on the list, revealing plans for the remainder of 2026.
D23 will be held from August 14 to 16 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
