Be Missed and Remembered: The Letter from Mayoiga, a new visual novel by screenwriter Tome Kataoke, author of Narcissua, will be released on Steam on July 10, 2026. The story is set in the summer of 1972 and follows high school student Naofuyu who, along with his younger sister Risa, arrives in the rural area of their grandparents.
There, he hears a legend about a mysterious shrine that supposedly appears from the lake only during the summer. The quest for Mayoiga leads him to a lonely girl trapped in this unusual place, as the past and present slowly intertwine. The game will have a 10% discount until July 19 in celebration of its release.
