Publisher SOEDESCO and studio Clay Game Studio have officially presented Mirth Island, a new cozy rhythm adventure coming to PC and consoles later this year.
Mirth Island takes players to a charming island filled with music, friendship, and a warm story of personal recovery. At the center of the plot is a young duck named Dodo who, after a failed acting career, returns home and discovers that the beloved island theater is completely neglected. With the help of friends Vivi and Rita, Dodo embarks on the restoration of the theater, helping the local community while rediscovering his own purpose.
Following the positive reception of the previous title Mirth Melody, the new sequel expands the familiar world and emphasizes the cozy atmosphere with rhythm mechanics, mini-games, and exploration of a vibrant, somewhat surreal island. Players will meet local residents, solve their everyday problems, and participate in musical challenges that combine a relaxed experience with an additional challenge for more skilled players.
The creators particularly highlight the colorful visual identity, uplifting soundtrack, and a narrative focused on resilience, community, and personal growth. Mirth Island will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with a release planned for this year.
