An unusual climbing adventure brings separate hand controls and local co-op.

Turnip Mountain, the new climbing adventure from solo developer Luke Sanderson, is set to release on July 30, 2026, on all platforms. It is a game where players guide an unusual turnip to the top of a mountain, but with a control system that could easily create as much laughter as it does frustration.

The main feature of the game is the separate control of the hands. Each hand is controlled independently, allowing the game to be played using two mice or a gamepad, utilizing both analog sticks for climbing, swinging, and launching towards the next support. This approach is expected to deliver a chaotic yet very fun experience where each ascent turns into a small battle with physics and one's own coordination.

Turnip Mountain will also feature a local co-op mode where two players share the same challenge, with each controlling one hand of this adventurous turnip. Various control combinations are supported, including two controllers, two mice, or a combination of a mouse and a controller.
