Z-Software and Aerosoft have released S.W.A.T. - Caminora Police DLC for Highway Police Simulator. The new expansion is available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, bringing players tactical police operations in the area of Caminore.
The DLC allows players to take on the role of an elite S.W.A.T. officer through seven new missions. Among them is one introductory mission and six challenging scenarios, including hostage rescue and bomb deactivation. The expansion also introduces new gameplay mechanics, focusing on teamwork, coordination, and strategic execution of tasks.
In addition to new missions, players gain access to an exclusive S.W.A.T. uniform with protective gear and a new tactical vehicle, ARES. This is an armored vehicle designed for rapid interventions in critical situations, with missions taking place in various locations, including city streets, forest areas, and highways.
The base game Highway Police Simulator has also received a number of improvements before the DLC release. According to the publisher, the upgrades include more missions, better NPC logic, improvements to the vehicle damage system, and other refinements made based on community feedback.
