Deadstick: Bush Pilot Simulator is coming to Steam this fall, and interested players can already download the playtest and experience what life is like for a pilot who doesn't fly from the comfort of large airports, but through the wilderness, bad weather, and remote locations.
This is a career flight simulation inspired by real bush pilots, where the player takes on their own air courier service. The focus is not only on flying the plane but on the entire job of a rental pilot. Players will choose deliveries that pay off, transport important packages, participate in scouting missions, and complete dynamic jobs in inaccessible terrains.
Deadstick: Bush Pilot Simulator aims to showcase the broader picture of such flying. The money earned will be used for upgrades, hangars, maintenance, and repairs, while a realistic damage system will respond to rough landings, worn tires, system failures, and structural damage. In other words, every miscalculation can have consequences even after the plane is back on the ground.
The developers announce an authentic flight model in which battery consumption, weight distribution, the behavior of the plane during lift loss, and corrections in crosswinds will play an important role. The game thus targets an audience that wants a more tactile and serious simulation, where not only the aircraft is managed, but also the entire risk that comes with the job.
Deadstick: Bush Pilot Simulator is set to release this fall for PC via Steam. The new trailer titled New Heights showcases dangerous routes, remote runways, and the everyday challenges of a pilot trying to build a career in the harsh wilderness.
