The atmospheric adventure Go North has received a release date. The game by solo developer Tade Ajiboye, who works under the name gazuntype, will be available on July 28, 2026, for PC and Xbox Series X/S, while the Nintendo Switch version will arrive later.
Go North takes the heroine Dara through a series of unusual mazes, forests, floating islands, and other calm yet enigmatic spaces. The main goal is always simple: to find the exit to the north. The game emphasizes a slower pace, exploration, and a sense of tranquility, without pressure or penalties.
The demo version is already available for PC, featuring the first levels, puzzles, side quests, and new camera mechanics. The full version is expected to include additional surprises, including an encounter with the Maze God.
