In collaboration with publisher Fireshine Games, Pulsatrix Studios has announced that their upcoming horror title A.I.L.A. coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC in 2025. The game was presented with an atmospheric announcement trailer that you can watch here.
It's a first-person psychological horror set in the near future, where advanced technology has become the basis for nightmares. It puts players in the role of Samuel, a video game tester who tries out prototypes generated by a new synthetic intelligence – A.I.L.A.
Each horror sequence within the game brings a different sub-genre and gameplay style – from escaping from an occult cult through dark forests, to exploring an abandoned farm and clashing with undead knightly guards. The border between virtual reality and the real world is getting thinner and thinner.
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, with support for Lumen and MetaHuman technology, A.I.L.A. it aims for a photorealistic display and a deeply immersive experience that leaves no room for safety.
For all fans of tech-horror and unpredictable psychological thrillers, A.I.L.A. could become one of the most anticipated titles of the next year.
