Recently, the reveal of the official cover art for Grand Theft Auto V and the start date for pre-orders sparked a huge wave of reactions on social media and once again demonstrated how high the anticipation for the new Rockstar game is. Rockstar officially confirmed that pre-orders will start on June 25, while the game will be released on November 19.
After the cover announcement, numerous users, brands, and communities began sharing their own versions of visuals inspired by the recognizable GTA style.
Among the posts that caught attention was a post from the official profile of The White House, which shared its own interpretation of the cover inspired by the GTA 6 cover art. In the post, the official White House profile wrote the message: “We really saved America before GTA 6.”
According to the portal Kotaku, Rockstar did not want to further react to the whole situation and briefly stated: “No comment.”
All of this shows that the marketing campaign for GTA 6 has just begun, while even greater interest from the audience and online community is expected ahead of the game's release.
