It's Nintendo published how is it Switch 2 sold more than 3.5 million copies worldwide in four days after its release on June 5, 2025. This broke the sales record for previous Nintendo consoles upon release!
At the time of writing this article, specific sales results for several European countries have been revealed, namely: France (169,000 copies sold, making it the best-selling launch) i Spain (108,000 copies sold, making it the best-selling launch). As for Germany and the UK, no data is available for them, but it is known that the Switch 2 became Nintendo's best-selling console upon release in the UK!
It will be interesting to see how many units the console sold in North America and Japan. As for Croatia, these data will probably not be available to the interested public.
