Nintendo will add Donkey Kong 64 to the Nintendo 64 – Nintendo Classics catalog on June 3, 2026, available to subscribers of Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.
This is a well-known platforming adventure from 1999 in which Donkey Kong and the rest of the DK crew face off against King K. Rool and the Kremlings. Players can take control of characters such as Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Tiny Kong, Lanky Kong, and Chunky Kong, each with special abilities needed to explore levels, solve obstacles, and collect items.
In addition to the solo adventure, Donkey Kong 64 includes battle arenas for up to four players in split-screen. The addition of this game continues to expand the Nintendo 64 library within the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription.
