Implicit Conversions and Limited Run Games have announced that the port of Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix will be released on February 27. This action-adventure was originally developed by Kronos Digital Entertainment for PlayStation 1 on February 21, 2001. This is the first time the game will receive a port for new platforms.
The story is set in Hong Kong in 2048 and takes place two years before the first part, revealing the origins of the mercenaries Hana Tsu-Vachele, Royce Glas, Deke Decourt, and Raine Qin.
Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix releases on the same day as Resident Evil Requiem, and will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
