My first impression of this game is that it is quite creepy, and I must commend its atmosphere because while playing, you don't have a comfortable feeling, and it can happen that you get a good chill at a few moments. Also, the game starts to show its strengths quite strongly from the very beginning, and I believe the developers did a good job with that.
The atmosphere is quite well done here, and the darkness and appearance of the hospital are utilized effectively, while the falling objects in the background or the creaking of doors can really scare you. I know that such things are quite present in horror games, but here they are done in an effective way, in my opinion.
As for the gameplay, it is quite simple; mostly we walk around, pick up some objects, or hide under a table, but that simplicity worked well for me, and the game hasn't bothered us with complicated puzzles at least for now. The controls are a bit clumsy at times, especially in one scene when you have to run, but that slowness might appeal to some players who enjoy old-fashioned games and the slow burn feeling in them.
I must admit, the demo positively surprised me, and some scenes were quite effective. The scarier parts, in my opinion, were not cheaply done and had a dose of quality in them, and the developers did not just rely on cheap jumpscares but also on psychological effects that reminded me a bit of Silent Hill games.
In conclusion, I would say that it is worth waiting for the full version because what I have seen has potential, and I hope the developers will do a good job with the full version of the game. Also, the full version is coming out at the end of the year, and I plan to try it, and I hope you will too in the near future.
