June has once again brought a large number of announcements, new trailers, release dates, and platform confirmations, so in the fourth weekly roundup, we highlight another major wave of games that were presented during the summer showcases. This time, the selection ranges from peaceful cozy adventures and unusual narrative RPGs to cooperative horror, action roguelite titles, tactical RPGs, and major DLC expansions.

Into the Wind

Three Friends and Bloom & Gloom announced Into the Wind, a cozy adventure inspired by Studio Ghibli films. The game will first be available in Early Access for PC via Steam, and the release date has not yet been announced.

The story is set on the Adriatic archipelago of Santa Rosa, where players travel on a lively motorcycle-plane named Ermes. Into the Wind combines driving, flying, deliveries, vehicle upgrades, home decoration, meeting locals, and searching for the missing uncle Umberto. The game particularly aims for a sense of travel, freedom, and small moments between deliveries, with a world reminiscent of a postcard from a nostalgic, sunny version of the Adriatic.

Carcass Clad

Wrong Organ, a studio known for the horror game Mouthwashing, announced Carcass Clad for PC via Steam. The release date has not yet been confirmed.

Carcass Clad is a cooperative horror game for three players in which the crew must jointly manage a tank through a war-torn city. Each player takes on a special role within the vehicle, and the tension comes from manually managing systems, communication under pressure, and the constant feeling that any mistake could have consequences. Instead of classic military action, the game leans towards grotesque, dirty, and psychologically unsettling horror.

Armatus

Fictions and Counterplay Games confirmed that Armatus will be released this winter for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. The game will also be available through Game Pass.

Armatus is a third-person roguelite shooter set in the demonic ruins of Paris. Players take on the role of the last supernatural warrior of an ancient order, armed with firearms and celestial powers. Each attempt brings new upgrades, stronger weapon combinations and abilities, and battles against increasingly dangerous demonic enemies.

Pipes.exe

CRITICAL REFLEX and Moving Pieces Interactive announced Pipes.exe, a cooperative QA horror inspired by 90s screensavers. The game is coming to PC via Steam, and a playtest is already available.

Pipes.exe puts players in the role of employees of System 6D, who test the experimental Geometry Operating System. The task is to explore software bugs, fix unstable systems, and survive threats lurking within the digital workspace. The game can be played solo or in online co-op for up to four players, with VOIP communication being part of the experience.

Signet City

Fellow Traveller and Jump Over the Age, the studio behind the Citizen Sleeper series, announced Signet City for PC via Steam, GOG, and Humble Store. The release date has not been announced.

Signet City is a first-person fungalpunk RPG in which the player takes on the role of a parasite. The story takes place in a city affected by ecological collapse, state control, and unusual technologies that spread like an infection. Players enter the lives of various inhabitants, change their stories, and observe the last season of a city that is slowly falling apart. Visually, the game uses a black-and-white style inspired by documentary photography, manga, and ink drawing.

Wardens of Avalon

The Arcade Crew and Angry Mob Games have announced Wardens of Avalon, a top-down action RPG for PC via Steam. The release is planned for 2027.

Wardens of Avalon can be played solo or in cooperative mode for up to four players. Players become part of a new order of the Twilight Knights, whose goal is to restore the fallen kingdom of Avalon. In addition to fighting enemies, the game includes elements of survival, crafting, and rebuilding settlements, so the classic action RPG formula is complemented by construction and bringing life back to a devastated world.

SATED

CRITICAL REFLEX and Forest Reges have announced SATED, a grotesque roguelike cooking title for PC via Steam. Applications for the first public playtest are already open.

In SATED, players descend through a dark megastructure and cook increasingly disgusting dishes for hungry monsters. The main tool is a cursed refrigerator that functions like a deranged slot machine, dispensing ingredients, bonuses, and problems. The game combines cooking, body horror, gambling, roguelike upgrades, and dark humor, with dishes that may include organs, industrial waste, insects, and other unpleasant ingredients.

Vivarium

Serenity Forge, Studio Meadowflower, Crunchyroll, and Shochiku Games have confirmed that Vivarium will be released in 2027 for Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.

Vivarium is a hand-drawn life sim adventure in which players take on the role of 11-year-old Jenny. The story takes place in an apparently warm and endless summer within a small world, but beneath the daily routines lies a greater secret. The game features interactions with neighbors, cooking, gardening, item collecting, home decorating, and a nonlinear story shaped by player decisions.

Magicians: The Devil’s Deal

Focus Entertainment and Uppercut Games have announced Magicians: The Devil’s Deal for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game will be released in 2027 and will also be available via Game Pass.

This is a narrative first-person action game where stage magic becomes real power. Players take on the role of Jacob Menteur, a failed illusionist who made a pact with the Devil and ended up in the hellish world of Theatreland. To survive, he must master deadly tricks, steal powers from rival magicians, and escape from a world where illusion, deception, and performance are a matter of life and death.

JOIN US

Wolf Haus Games has confirmed that JOIN US will be released in March 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store. The game will also be available via Game Pass.

JOIN US is an open-world survival game about leading your own doomsday cult. Players spread influence, recruit followers, build a base, assign people according to their skills, and try to keep the cult together. Every character in the world is a potential recruit, but followers have their own needs and weaknesses, so a leader without people quickly becomes just a lonely eccentric with grand plans.

Bad Magpie

The British studio Milktooth has announced Bad Magpie, a narrative adventure for Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. The game is set to release in 2027 and will also be available through Game Pass.

Bad Magpie follows a one-winged magpie, a missing flock, and an obsession with a fallen star. Players will steal shiny objects, cause chaos, and explore an open world based on cartoon logic. Puzzles will have multiple solutions, and behind the seemingly playful concept lies a story of loneliness, mysterious visions, and the search for belonging.

PowerWash Simulator 2: Star Wars Pack

FuturLab has announced that the Star Wars Pack for PowerWash Simulator 2 will be released on July 16, 2026. The DLC will cost €9.99.

The expansion is set during the events of the original Star Wars trilogy, and players take on the role of the cleaning droid P0-W2. The campaign leads through familiar locations, ships, and droids from the Star Wars universe, from Tatooine to Hoth, with the option to play solo or in cooperative mode. PowerWash Simulator 2 is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.

Appulse

Raw Fury and Le Rado have announced Appulse, a roguelite pinball shooter for PC via Steam. The release is planned for 2026.

Appulse combines top-down shooting, roguelite action, and pinball. Players use flippers, weapon flicks, and special upgrades to control the ball, destroy opponents, and build increasingly powerful combos. Instead of relying solely on the luck of classic pinball, Appulse emphasizes precision, control, and player skill.

Dark Deity III

indie.io and Sword & Axe have announced Dark Deity III for PC via Steam. The release date has not yet been confirmed.

Dark Deity III concludes the strategic RPG series set in the world of Terrazaela. The story follows the threat of the God of Death, the spread of death cults, and two armies trying to stop the impending collapse. Players will lead Gwyn and Arthur Sildairan through two interconnected campaigns, featuring tactical grid-based battles, character development, move planning, and a war that spans both the living world and the afterlife.

Bellwright

Snail and Donkey Crew have confirmed that Bellwright is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on June 9, 2026. The game previously released in Early Access for PC via Steam on April 23, 2024.

Bellwright is an open-world survival crafting game in which the player, after being accused of murdering a prince and sentenced to death, tries to uncover the truth and start a rebellion against an oppressive regime. The game includes settlement building, liberating land, recruiting allies, managing resources, and fighting against the crown. The console versions are optimized for play on large screens and controllers, but the game will remain in Early Access.
