Sony has raised the prices of monthly and quarterly PlayStation Plus subscriptions, and the change does not only apply to the Essential tier. Although it was previously highlighted that the new prices would start at 10 euros for one month, the more expensive Extra and Premium packages have also seen a price increase.
PlayStation Plus Extra now costs 16 euros per month instead of the previous 15 euros, while PlayStation Plus Premium has increased from 18 to 19 euros per month. Quarterly packages are also three euros more expensive.
It is important to emphasize that the new prices apply to new and future subscribers. Users who regularly renew their existing subscription should not feel the price change for now.
