After a long 15 years, one VR spin-off, one remake, a movie, and eight unofficial sequels, we have finally awaited Sony's official announcement of Until Dawn 2!
As can be seen from the trailer, the gameplay of the original is expected to remain intact. It remains to be seen whether the game will have numerous twists and how much adult content there will be. The original version was supposed to feature nudity of female characters, but under pressure from higher powers, they backed out of featuring naked virtual beauties.
The development of Until Dawn 2 is handled by the British studio Firesprite. The release is planned for 2027 for Playstation 5. More information will be revealed in the coming months.
