Xsolla, a global video game commerce company that helps developers launch, grow and monetize their games, today announced a new partnership with the Scaffold Institute to launch a program Xsolla x Scaffold Game Accelerator. This 12-week program is designed to help early stage studios build a playable demo and publisher-ready pitch, giving them the tools and resources they need to succeed.
As competition in the global games industry grows, small and medium-sized studios often struggle to shape their creative visions and prove their commercial viability to investors and publishers. The Xsolla + Scaffold program solves that problem by combining Scaffold's venture program with Xsolla's experience working with publishers, creating a framework that allows studios to move projects forward more confidently.
Key benefits of the Xsolla + Scaffold program include:
- Structured learning: participants go through customized Xsolla modules such as "Pitching to Publishers", "Game Marketing", "Publisher Deals" and "Demo Milestones".
- Practical development goals: each studio must deliver a refined playable demo (5–15 minutes) and a detailed pitch to publishers.
- Access to industry: studios will present their projects to selected publishers and investors during an online showcase event organized by Xsolla.
- Expert insights: pre-recorded video lessons from industry experts offer advice on marketing, financing, live services and production.

First cycle Xsolla x Scaffold Game Accelerator Program starts in September 2025, and additional cycles are planned for beginning and middle of 2026.
