The new title from legendary designer Peter Molyneux has received an official launch trailer ahead of its Early Access release. Masters of Albion arrives on April 22 on PC via Steam for a price of $24.99, with an initial discount for early buyers.
This is a modern interpretation of the so-called “god game” genre that combines city building, simulation, and real-time action. Players take on the role of a divine force – building settlements, managing inhabitants, and simultaneously participating in battles by taking control of characters.
A special emphasis is placed on the freedom of choice: every decision affects the development of the world of Albion, while gameplay alternates between peaceful building during the day and defending against threats at night.
The Early Access version will serve for further development of the game with community feedback, and gradual content expansion and system refinement is expected over the coming period.
