Nintendo has announced a delay in the release of the feature film adaptation of the legendary video game The Legend of Zelda. The originally planned date of March 27, 2027 was moved to May 7 of the same year due to technical and production challenges. Shigeru Miyamoto, the famous creator of the series, stated that the extra time allows for the perfecting of the script, visual effects and production details.
