Feral Interactive today announced that Hitman: Absolution will be released on November 13, 2025, for Nintendo Switch.

In a story of corruption and lost trust, Hitman: Absolution follows Agent 47, the original assassin who is now the prey of the Agency he once served. Using his signature methods – stealth, distraction, and disguise – 47 must strike back, leaving no trace except for the trail of bodies left in his wake.

Twenty missions in Hitman: Absolution encourage players to experiment with the environment and create their own opportunities for eliminating targets. Numerous ways to resolve each situation reward creativity and deadly ingenuity, while the rating system and high scores provide a great dose of replayability for those striving for the perfect kill.

Following last year's successful release of Hitman: Blood Money — Reprisal on Nintendo Switch, Hitman: Absolution represents the next chapter in the irresistible stealth-action series from IOI that is coming to this platform. With improved character and environment models and advanced lighting effects, Absolution brings a noticeable visual upgrade over its predecessor. Additional enhancements, such as optional gyro aiming, make the game perfectly suited for the Nintendo Switch – whether you play at home or on the go.

Hitman: Absolution will be released on November 13 at a price of $29.99 / £19.99 / €24.99, and pre-orders are already available on the Nintendo eShop.

With today's announcement of the release date, Feral also revealed that the popular ‘Contracts’ mode will arrive as a free upgrade in early 2026. This mode will allow players to complete contracts created by other players around the world or to create and share their own challenges.
