Saber Interactive has announced World War Z VR, a brand new VR game coming on August 12, 2025, to Meta Quest (Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest Pro) and SteamVR. The game brings intense first-person action, allowing players to face hordes of up to 200 zombies at once, which is a technical feat in the VR world.
Set in three iconic cities – New York, Tokyo, and Marseille – players will be able to choose from seven characters, each with their own weapons and abilities. The game offers various difficulty levels and customizable challenges, where zombies adapt to the environment and the player's play style.
World War Z VR is available for pre-order at a price of €19.99 on the Meta Store and Steam. Everyone who pre-orders the game will receive an exclusive Golden Skin Pack with four golden skins for weapons. A package that includes the original game and the VR version is also available on Steam with a 20% discount.
