Ninja Theory's dark action-adventure, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, is finally coming to PlayStation 5! The release date is confirmed for August 12, 2025, exactly 14 months after its premiere on Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms.
PlayStation 5 owners will be able to purchase the game in two versions: Standard Edition priced at €49.99, which includes the base game with a free Enhanced update, and Deluxe Edition for €69.99, which includes the base game along with the original Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice for PlayStation 5 and the official soundtrack.
In addition to the premiere on PlayStation 5, a major "Enhanced" update will also be released on Xbox Series X/S and PC on the same date, completely free of charge. The update includes Performance Mode for smooth gameplay at 60 FPS, Dark Rot Challenge mode with roguelike elements, an expanded Photo Mode, and even four hours of developer and cast commentary.
Players who own the PlayStation 4 version of the original Hellblade will receive a free upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version of the game.
