Survios has announced that their VR title Alien Rogue Incursion will receive a "flat" version. The game originally launched for VR devices on PlayStation 5 and PC on December 19, 2024, and a version for Quest 3 was released in February this year.

Alien Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition will be released on September 30 for PlayStation 5 and PC and will not require the use of VR devices like its previous versions.

"Players control the character Zulu Hendricks, a former colonial marine who goes to planet Purdan and uncovers its secrets. With his AI assistant Davis 01, Zulu must fight his way to the heart of the Gemini Exoplanet Solutions factory, where he will discover new horrors and Xenomorphs that are more cunning than ever."

Alien Rogue Incursion will come in two versions (standard and deluxe), with the deluxe version containing armor and weapon skins as well as a digital art book with illustrations from the game. It is also worth noting that this is just the first part of the story, as Survios plans to continue it.

"The first of two parts of this story throws you into the violent world of Alien, where you will uncover secrets hidden in the GES factory on planet Purdan (LV-354). This part leaves you on a cliffhanger, eager to learn the continuation of Zulu's story in the second part, which will bring new challenges and enemies for him," said Survios.
