FORENSIC M.E. Protocol, the new game from solo developer K148 Game Studio, is set to release on May 28, 2026, for PC via Steam and PlayStation 5. Versions for Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X/S will arrive a bit later, on June 4, while pre-orders for Xbox will open on May 28. The Xbox version will also support Xbox Play Anywhere.
This is an experience of criminal investigation that emphasizes forensic science rather than classic detective case-solving. Players take on the role of a forensic investigator who must reconstruct events through nine independent cases.
