Honkai: Star Rail will receive version 4.4 upgrade titled In Ravages Does the Whistle Sound on July 15, 2026. The new version continues the main story in Planarcadia, where the Trailblazer faces a crisis threatening the survival of the entire area. At the center of the plot is Lord Ravager Asat Pramad, while the search for Himeko leads to new answers and a great battle. One of the main additions is Himeko • Nova, a new 5-star Fire-Type version of the character who follows the Path of Erudition and uses the mech Starblazer in battle.
The upgrade also brings the second phase of the Honkai: Star Rail and Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] collaboration, which officially begins on July 24, 2026. Rin Tohsaka arrives as a 5-star Quantum-Type character and Gilgamesh as a 5-star Lightning-Type character, and players will be able to claim Gilgamesh or Archer as one of the free limited 5-star collaboration characters from the start of the collaboration. Version 4.4 also brings back selected limited characters, a new outfit for Sparxie, a new pet, additional events, a 10-pull login reward, and an expansion of the permanent mode Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game. Honkai: Star Rail is available on PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android.
