Microsoftov new "Xbox Full-Screen Experience" (XFSE) – prilagođeno korisničko sučelje Windowsa 11 za gaming – it won't be reserved exclusively for the ROG Xbox Ally X. XFSE is a simplified mode for controllers, with automatic launch of the Xbox app and minimal system load – saving up to 2GB of RAM, improving performance and battery life, especially on portable devices.

Although XFSE arrives first with the new ROG Xbox Ally X, Microsoft plans to enable a similar experience for old Ally devices and other handheld PCs for gaming in 2026. It is not confirmed whether XFSE will be available for classic computers, but it is possible that the community will integrate it unofficially.
This initiative brings the Windows experience closer to consoles, much like SteamOS already offers similar functionality for handhelds and classic PCs.
