The Philippine GameDev Expo (PGDX) returns in full glory, ready to exceed expectations and connect creativity, culture and the gaming community even more strongly. Regardless of whether you are an indie developer, a fan of retro games, a cosplayer or an avid gamer – PGDX 2025 will be a real gathering place for all generations of gamers.
Retro Arena by TITO Gaming takes us back to the golden days of gaming: Counter Strike 1.3, Marvel vs Capcom 2 and the inevitable Tetris. A real treat for nostalgics!
Cosplay competition comes to a climax – the top 10 finalists will show their skills in front of a jury that includes famous cosplayers Akaei Ray (the first international guest from Singapore), Sabthulhu, AC Cosplay, Loki Heart and Orly. Special guests Een Mercado (7/25), Charess (7/26) and Myrtle Sarrosa (7/27) will also be present at the Philippine Game Show booth for exclusive cheki encounters.
Indie Game Stars section gathers as many as 124 domestic games, and visitors can vote for their favorite as part of the IGS People's Choice Award. The best will take home a prize of 100,000 Philippine pesos.
