Konami has announced that it has reached an agreement with the largest football organization, FIFA. So now the Japanese company will organize two world championships (FIFAe) in the eFootball game. The first year will have 18 representatives from different countries and nations and unfortunately will not include Croatia and neighboring countries. FIFAe will also play in the popular multiplayer title Rocket League, as previously announced.

Koji Kobayashi from Konami said that they are ready for all the challenges presented by the development of football simulation and esports and that they are happy to contribute to the promotion of esports through cooperation with FIFA and eFootball. He also thanked FIFA for the opportunity and is looking forward to the future.
