Marvel Rivals will enter its ninth season on Friday, July 10, and to mark the occasion, a live stream was held where we received a bunch of news about the new hero, map, and other changes the team has prepared.
The new season will take us to the ancient city of Thebes, ruled by the X-Men's enemy En Sabah Nur, better known as Apocalypse, who is killed by the villain The Hood.
The first part of the season brings us a new character, Jubilee, a member of the X-Men who possesses psychic powers and will play a strategic role (healing) in the game.
Guangguang and Zhiyong guided us through the main changes, among which we should definitely mention the complete overhaul of Black Widow, whose abilities have been a problem for many players. We also got a glimpse of the new team attacks.
As in previous seasons, this one will bring a new battle pass that will include costumes, sprays, emotes, and cards for our profiles and heroes.
