The indie retro horror title Heartworm has received a release date. Publisher DreadXP and independent developer Vincent Adinolfi announced that the game will be released on July 31 for PC. The story focuses on a young girl named Sam who tries to contact her deceased grandfather and faces supernatural occurrences.
The game will feature a retro aesthetic of old 3D titles with a fixed camera and over-the-shoulder view of the main character, and we will also be able to choose between modern controls and classic tank controls. The game will last 4-6 hours and will have multiple endings and puzzle-solving. In combat, we will not use weapons, but rather a camera (similar to Fatal Frame).
