Activision and Infinity Ward have revealed new information and images that give us a closer look at the extraction shooter mode DMZ in the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.
DMZ combines story missions, side missions, gathering and crafting equipment, a bounty hunting system, and a deep progression system designed for replayability. This time, we will engage in battles in the Hajin Exclusion Zone either solo or in a group. This mode is described as a complete Call of Duty extraction experience set in a large combat zone and a living sandbox world.
Also, this time we can expect a completely new version from the one in the beta phase, built on the foundation of a deep extraction experience shaped by new systems and player feedback. The environment will also be against us, and we will have to watch out for various enemies present in Hajin, as well as other natural traps.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 releases on October 23 for PC, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
