The jubilee tenth anniversary of Good Game Zagreb powered by Super has successfully concluded, with the title of champion going to Combis, who defeated Infobip in the grand final and thus took the throne. Third place went to Span, who had an incredible run through the lower bracket.
Interestingly, we saw the final between Combis and Infobip last year as well, but this time with a different outcome, which further confirms the continuity and quality of the strongest teams in the tournament. Span, who finished third, last competed in 2023 when he won the tournament.
This year's edition will be remembered as one of the most uncertain so far. The competition has never been stronger, and until the very end of the second day, it was unclear which team could go all the way and lift the trophy. This uncertainty and level of play further elevated the quality of the tournament and the experience for all participants and spectators.
The LAN finals featured 23 companies from Croatia and the region, including teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, and Romania, confirming Good Game Zagreb's international character and importance within the regional tech and gaming community. The grand finale took place at Studio Katran, which was packed throughout both days, and both stages were almost constantly filled to capacity. For the most exciting matches, there was a demand for extra seating, which best speaks to the audience's interest and the atmosphere at the event.
In addition to the competitive part, Good Game Zagreb also maintained a strong humanitarian character this year. The top three teams selected three charitable organizations to which monetary donations will be made.
Nikola Stolnik, CEO of Good Game Global, stated:
“Congratulations to the winners Combis, as well as Infobip for second place and Span for third place. Good Game Zagreb is our favorite gathering of the tech community, and the participants once again demonstrated how strong the tech scene is in the region. We are especially pleased that this year, alongside local teams, teams from Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina joined, raising the competition to a higher level. Thank you to all participants and partners who, with their presence and support, enhanced the tenth anniversary of Good Game Zagreb.”
Good Game Zagreb 2026 was held with the support of the main partner Super, and this year's tournament proudly bore the label powered by Super.
