Development studio Genki has announced that their racing title Tokyo Xtreme Racer will be leaving early access. The full release will take place on September 25, and the game will be a PC exclusive priced at 50 euros.

On this occasion, the team also sent a special message stating: "Thank you to all players and fans for your feedback and requests during the early access period. The development team is excited to announce that Tokyo Xtreme Racer is now ready for its full release. During the early access period, we received an incredible amount of feedback and requests from players around the world. Your voices have been key in shaping the game, and we are deeply grateful for your support."

The full version will also include: new car models and parts, new chapters and rivals, as well as various improvements based on player feedback. They also mentioned that they decided to postpone the ability to replay recordings in order to focus on story content, but promised to add it in the future.

Due to insufficient measures to prevent cheating within the game, the ranking system has also been delayed.
