Minecraft Dungeons II is set to release on September 29, 2026, and Mojang has announced a new chapter in the action dungeon crawler series with a new gameplay showcase. The Overworld is once again facing a great threat, with restless mobs, unusual events, and new locations for players to explore alone or in company.
The sequel retains the familiar formula of combat, gear collection, and customizing your own hero through weapons, armor, artifacts, talismans, and legendary gear. Minecraft Dungeons II will support solo play, online co-op, and local co-op for up to four players, while pre-orders come with two hero skins, Twisted cape and Twisted chicken pet.
