Fable is coming out on February 23, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with the Premium Edition offering early access from February 18, 2027. The new installment is being developed by Playground Games, a studio best known for the Forza Horizon series, while Xbox Game Studios is behind the release.
The new announcement once again showcased the recognizable combination of fantasy adventure, British humor, and a world where reputation plays an important role. Players will return to Albion, make decisions that shape their journey, and meet a new antagonist, Isabel, voiced by Hayley Atwell.
