State of Decay 3 is set to release in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This confirms that the new installment of the zombie survival series will not be limited to the Xbox ecosystem, but will also be available on Sony's console at launch.
Undead Labs continues to develop the open-world survival formula, focusing on community, resources, and the constant threat of zombies. State of Decay 3 is expected to expand the familiar systems of the series and offer a more intense survival experience, and the game will be available from day one through Game Pass.
