Capcom has launched a new teaser website for the 20th anniversary of the game Okami, which will celebrate on April 20. The full site is planned to launch in April, and currently features works by Masumi Narita as well as a brief overview of the series.

Since its release on April 20, 2006, Okami has been a beloved game that has provided its fans with a unique setting, a heartwarming story, and an exciting adventure. Just like the bond between Amaterasu and Issun, the connection between us and the fans has allowed us to reach this milestone. We want to thank you for 20 years of connecting with Okami. May this year be filled with new connections as we step into a new and brighter future. We will have various projects, events, and items in the coming months. Please join us in celebrating 20 years."
The sequel currently known as Okami Sequel was announced in December 2024 and is being developed under the leadership of Hideki Kamiya and the studios Clover, M-Two, and Machine Head Works. You can find the official teaser page here.
