Capcom has released a gameplay trailer for the character Yasmine, who arrives on August 3 in Street Fighter 6. Yasmine is originally from the Philippines, where she learned to fight against Kuya (older brother) under the guidance of Lolo (grandfather). After her brother goes missing, she decides to prepare for her night and, inspired by videos of a French supermodel on the FooTube platform, sets out on a quest.
On her journey, she will use fast techniques known as Eskrima, which include a series of strikes. As mentioned, Yasmine will be available to players on August 3 as part of the Year 4 Character Pass or Year 4 Ultimate Pass and will have two costumes.
Yasmine is the first character of the fourth year of Street Fighter 6, and later she will be joined by Arjun, Bosch, and Tifa from the Final Fantasy VII Remake series, with her release also coinciding with changes to combat.
Street Fighter 6 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
