Mango Leaf Games has announced Winter Whiskers, a new cozy snow cleaning game that transforms an ordinary winter task into a relaxing and warm adventure. The main character is a small ermine facing a big snowstorm and helping a frozen harbor town prepare for the upcoming Winter Festival.
Winter Whiskers is designed as a simple and satisfying cleaning sim where players vacuum snow, clear blocked paths, repair steam machines, and gradually bring life back to the ice-bound town. Instead of stress and a race against time, the game aims for a peaceful rhythm, a sense of comfort, and that special satisfaction when a tidy space emerges from the chaos of snow.
According to Axie Lotl, the art director at Mango Leaf Games, the inspiration comes from quiet snowy mornings when everything is still, slow, and somewhat magical. The studio wants players to feel the simple pleasure of carving clean paths through deep snow, along with the comforting sensation of interacting with the world and the warmth of the steam system that melts the snow in the town.
Winter Whiskers will participate in the Cozy & Family Friendly Games Celebration on May 28, 2026, and players can already add the game to their Steam wishlist. A demo version is expected later this year.
