The new version of the classic Rayman — titled Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition — has just received a rating from the Australian Classification Board for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, suggesting that the release is close to announcement, although Ubisoft has not yet officially confirmed a release date.
According to the Australian rating, the title was registered on January 22, 2026, with Atari listed as the publisher and developer, along with U&I Entertainment as the applicant. This suggests that the release could be a physical or special edition in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the series, which first debuted back in 1995.
Ubisoft previously announced that they are working on the future of the Rayman series and that the 30th anniversary is a focus, with some sources indicating that there are even two projects related to the franchise — one codenamed “Iceman,” which could be this new release, and another reportedly a remake of Rayman Legends.
More information about this re-release should be revealed soon.
