Forza Horizon 6 is already breaking records on Steam, even though the game officially releases on May 19, 2026. The new title from Playground Games is currently only available to players who purchased the $120 Premium edition or the Game Pass upgrade for early access, but interest in the game is already huge.
According to data from SteamDB, Forza Horizon 6 reached a record 172,093 concurrent players on Steam during the early access period. This more than doubled the result of its predecessor, Forza Horizon 5, which had a maximum of 81,096 active players at launch.
This kind of success is particularly impressive as most players still do not have access to the game. With the full version releasing in a few days, we can expect the number of concurrent players to grow even more.
