Stunlock Studios has announced a new free weekend for V Rising, a survival action RPG where players take on the role of a vampire, build their own gothic castle, and explore a dark fantasy world.
The free period starts on May 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM Central European Time and lasts until May 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM on Steam. During this time, players will be able to try the full version of the game at no additional cost, either solo or with friends.
In V Rising, players start as a newly awakened vampire in a world ruled by humans. They need to hunt for blood, avoid sunlight, gather resources, build a castle, and expand their influence. The game offers both PvE and PvP approaches, allowing for a more relaxed playstyle through exploration and building or a more competitive experience through conflicts with other players.
Stunlock Studios highlights that V Rising has gathered over 6 million players worldwide so far. During the free weekend, the game will also be available at a 55% discount, while all DLC packs will be reduced by 20%.
