The latest data shows that Xbox Game Studios is achieving solid results on the competing platform PlayStation 5. As many as 13 first-party titles have sold over 100,000 copies, with some reaching million-unit sales.
The biggest success has been Forza Horizon 5 with nearly 6 million copies sold, while other titles like Sea of Thieves have also seen significant interest. Total revenues have exceeded $700 million, clearly indicating that Microsoft's multiplatform strategy is paying off.
Such results suggest that Xbox might further abandon exclusives and continue to expand its games to other platforms.
