MLB The Show 26 releases on March 17, 2026. The new game from the popular baseball series has been confirmed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, with development by San Diego Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Pre-orders begin on February 3, and those who take the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive early access on March 13. The game focuses on the “The Journey” experience, allowing players to connect more deeply with the challenges and careers on the field.
On the cover is once again Aaron Judge, the star of the New York Yankees and three-time MVP of the American League, who has previously been the “cover athlete” for MLB The Show 18. The popular World Baseball Classic tournament returns to the game through the Diamond Dynasty mode, further expanding the content and connection to real baseball events.
