Thunderful Games and Sad Cat Studios have announced that the release of the action sci-fi game Replaced has been delayed. The original plan was for it to launch on March 12, but the new date is set for April 14, and the game will be available on PC and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
"We have important news about the release of Replaced. After much consideration, we decided to move the release date to April 14. We have poured everything we have into our first title. Although the game is technically finished, this last move revealed that we need a few more weeks to deliver an exceptional experience. We want the version of Replaced that you play on day one to be polished, stable, and exactly as we shared it with you in our vision." They said from the studio.
They also added: "the responses to our Steam demo have been our true fuel. To be honest, the very release of it was nerve-wracking, but watching your gameplay, reading reviews, and your excitement has been more than inspiring for us. We constantly read your comments and feedback help us make the game better through minor adjustments."
They concluded their address with the following words: "your patience and support over the years mean everything to us. Many of you have followed us on this journey, and your passion is what makes the final days and nights of development worthwhile. We are close to the finish line and can’t wait for you to experience the final results of our hard work. If you want another quick look, the demo for Replaced is still available on Steam.
