The animation studio ufotable has released a trailer announcing some kind of project for the 30th anniversary of the Tales of series, which will be revealed on April 3rd.
The first Tales of title was released on December 15, 1995 (Tales of Phantasia), and ufotable participated in the production of the anime series Tales of Zestiria the X, in the animation of Tales of Symphonia, and in the creation of cutscenes for Tales of Xillia, Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Zestiria, Tales of Berseria, and Tales of Arise.
The series producer Yusuke Tomizawa said: "Details regarding the collaboration with ufotable for the 30th anniversary of the Tales of series will be revealed on April 3rd. Follow us for more information." By the way, the publisher of the Tales of series is the Japanese company Bandai Namco, and the latest title was Tales of Arise, which was released on September 10, 2021, and will receive a version for Nintendo Switch 2 on May 22nd of this year.
