Foulball Hangover announced that their sandbox mining title Hydroneer will be coming to consoles. Exactly six years after its release on PC, owners of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles will be able to enjoy the game on May 8.
"Hydroneer has become an unexpected hit among communities that love crafting and basebuilding genres and has sold millions of copies since its release. Various updates and the addition of new features, including couch co-op, have further solidified and aided its growth."
Gameplay will remain true to that on PC, but exceptions have been made to ensure the game runs better on consoles; also, Journey to Volcalidus, the first expansion that will be released in 2024, will be available for purchase.
