Bandai Namco has confirmed the arrival of a new DLC character for Tekken 8 – the popular kunoichi Kunimitsu is coming at the end of May as part of Season 3 content. According to available information, owners of the Season 3 Character Pass will get early access on May 27, while all other players will be able to purchase the character starting June 1.
Kunimitsu is the first of a total of four planned fighters coming in the third season of the game. She is a returning character from the series, known for her fast and agile fighting style and her recognizable fox mask.
Season 3 for Tekken 8 began in early February 2026 and brings new characters, additional content, and balance changes. Alongside Kunimitsu, Bob (summer), Roger Jr. (autumn), and one more yet-to-be-revealed fighter are coming throughout the year.
Purchasing the Season 3 pass ensures players access to all DLC characters with the ability to play early before the official release, as well as additional cosmetic content.
