Former developers from the team that worked on the original Diablo games have announced Darkhaven, a new dark fantasy isometric action RPG that is coming to PC via Steam.
Darkhaven takes you to a world after the final collapse of civilization, where players, as the last hope, must survive and restore this ravaged world full of monsters and evil forces.
The game will feature a procedurally generated, dynamic, and persistent open world, with deformable terrain that allows for digging, wall demolition, river rerouting, or fort restoration.
Combat combines advanced movement mechanics (jumping, climbing, swimming, dodging) with equipment and skill decisions, emphasizing player skill.
The release date has not yet been announced, but the game will enter Early Access, and a Kickstarter campaign is coming soon.
